A message dated May 23, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 175(L&C)                                                                                             
     "An Act allowing, under certain conditions, a property or casualty                                                         
     insurer to provide policies and endorsements to an insured by                                                              
     posting the policies and endorsements on the insurer's Internet
